Delivery & Shipping
All merchandise ordered on Furnmill.com can be shipped with an approximate shipping time of 7-10 business days. We are unable to process any orders on Sundays and public holidays.
Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery thrice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.
Due to varying item availability, orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its tracking number, which can be tracked on the Track Order page under the same order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We carefully inspect each item before shipment. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the package. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be the customer’s responsibility as we encourage you to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms.
Once we have delivered the product and left for the customer's premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests. We advise the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery.
Note: There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. In case of a replacement offered, the order or product will be replaced with the originally ordered item and cannot be changed against a variation in the current order (example Upholstery, Wood Finish, or any customization), new order, or a different product.
All exchange & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all canceled items from your/customer's premises.
The customer shall reserve the packaging material including cartons, bubble wraps, covers, etc. for ease in sending back the furniture with proper packaging.
RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss and title to products purchased on the Site pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. The risk of loss and title of Gift Cards and e–Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

Furnmill Furniture comes with a 12-month warranty if properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal conditions in a non-commercial setting. The limited warranty does not apply to:
Small cuts, scratches, or damage during the cleaning process
Cracks during the random displacement
The product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in the decaying of wood
Defects caused by improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use
normal product wear and tear due to age including wearing or staining, or loosening of fabric or leatherette or any such material.
With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is no warranty.
There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ buttons.
No cash refund is available and in no case shall we be liable for more than the purchase price of the furniture or incidental or consequential damages. For warranty issues, we will repair or provide reasonably equivalent furniture as a replacement due to any product defects. Visible defects and variance to order details must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery. Issues not presented within 3 days of delivery will be considered “unacceptable” and will not be warranted.
The Terms and all transactions entered and the relationship between You and Furnmill and any mutual claims shall be governed by the laws of India without reference to any conflict of laws principles. All claims, differences, and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation thereto the Website, the Terms, or any transactions entered into on or through the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan India, and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The responsibility of our logistics partners to deliver the furniture is restricted to the ground floor. Also, our delivery personnel is not equipped to remove doors and windows to affect access or even open the crates. If doors, windows, or stair banisters need to be removed in order for the furniture to fit, you will need to arrange this on your own.
